Can you return plants? No.

Returns for plants are not accepted at Pottplant. Unfortunately, due to the potential stress from the two-way transit, returning plants is not feasible as it may harm their well-being. However, we assure you that every plant is guaranteed to arrive in excellent condition at your doorstep.

It's important to note that the plant may appear a bit dull initially due to transit stress. Nevertheless, with proper exposure to sunlight and adequate watering, the plant will revive to its natural, healthy state.
